When the vehicle is traveling in 3rd gear or overdrive, suddenly pressing the accelerator pedal to the floor does not cause the automatic transmission to immediately downshift, resulting in weak acceleration.
Troubleshooting:
① Improper adjustment of the throttle cable or throttle position sensor;
② Damage to or improper installation of the forced downshift switch;
③ Damage to the forced downshift solenoid valve or occurrence of short circuit/open circuit;
④ The forced downshift control valve is stuck in the valve plate.
